Application
Zubora 6000 H EP is suitable for most difficult machining processes like e. g. deep hole drilling, reaming, thread forming, grinding, thread cutting, milling/hobbing, drilling (pocket hole drilling with guiding beads), turning and sawing. The product is especially recommended for machining high-strength steels and aluminium.
The necessary working concentration depends on the difficulty of the operation and the material.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
12 to 24° dH (210 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
