Your tasks
- Independent ITIL-compliant processing of tickets (service requests, incidents, changes, problems)
- Safeguarding systems against technical faults and other security risks
- License and patch management across all client systems
- Software rollout and deployment
- Support of the international infrastructure, planning and participation in projects
- Support for cloud platforms, assistance with security issues
Your profile
- Successfully completed IT training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in a comparable position
- Good knowledge of IT technologies (hardware and software)
- Experience in patch/mobile device management, ITIL processes, IT security, M365 and cloud
- Reliable, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- High resilience, flexibility as well as a pronounced service mentality and ability to work in a team
