Metal pre-treatment

Divinol Parts Cleaner

Divinol parts cleaners are used for cleaning, removing drawing oils and degreasing metals, steel and non-ferrous metals using immersion, spraying or ultrasonic processes. Divinol parts cleaners leave a temporary corrosion protection on the surfaces, which can be removed again by rinsing with water.

Divinol cleaner (hydrocarbon cleaner)

Divinol cleaners are versatile liquid cleaners that are ideal for effortlessly removing dirt, oil, grease and resin. They evaporate quickly and leave no residue.

Divinol phosphating

Divinol Phosphating degreases and cleans steel, iron, zinc and aluminum. At the same time, an iron phosphate layer is created on steel and iron. This iron phosphate layer provides an excellent adhesion primer for paints and varnishes and provides outstanding corrosion protection, especially for construction machinery and commercial vehicles.

Pre-treatment of plastic

Spray cleaner

Divinol spray cleaners are used to degrease metal parts and to clean plastic parts, e.g. to remove mold release agents in single and multi-chamber spraying systems.

Manual pre-cleaner

Manual pre-cleaners are acidic, neutral and alkaline products on an aqueous and water-dilutable basis for manual pre-cleaning of plastic parts in preparation for the subsequent painting process. The manual pre-cleaners are required if no PowerWash system is available or if parts are extremely dirty after outdoor storage.

Water drainage aid - Divinol Quick-Rinse

Water run-off aids are additives for regulating the run-off behavior of water from plastic surfaces. The water run-off aid prevents water stains after drying and craters during painting.

System cleaning

Acidic or alkaline Divinol system cleaners disinfect and remove slime deposits and remove deposits on heat exchangers.
