Coil and sinker washing oils
One challenge in the press shop is the redistribution of the prelube in the coil. The pressure distribution in the coil causes the lubricant to migrate from the center of the strip to the edge of the strip over time. Special washing oils are used in the coil and blank washing system to compensate for this redistribution and also to remove any dust or dirt particles. The coil and blank washing oils from Zeller+Gmelin were developed precisely for these challenges. Our Multidraw KTL N 1 has been approved by various OEMs, making it an indispensable product in the automotive industry. Our washing oils have also been specially matched to our prelubes to ensure optimum performance and compatibility.

Spot Lubricants - additional spot lubrication
During forming in the press shop, certain forming operations can sometimes be very demanding. Our spot lubricants are used to provide additional lubrication for difficult forming processes. They are available in various viscosities and with different additives depending on the requirements. Our spot lubricants are also suitable for all common materials used in the bodywork sector. Of course, we supply spot lubricants with approvals from numerous OEMs, especially from the VDA (German Association of the Automotive Industry), such as our Multidraw KTL N 16. This offers suppliers in particular the advantage of being able to manufacture for different OEMs without having to change the type of oil. On the other hand, the OEM is assured of being supplied with a process-reliable lubricant.

Our drawing oils with excellent forming properties are suitable for various forming processes in the field of deep drawing and stretch forming for car body parts. The drawing oils have been specially developed for various types of application, such as spraying, rolling or dipping. We have also developed lubricants for the forming of various materials so that, in addition to low-alloy steel grades, higher-alloy steels, aluminum and non-ferrous metals can also be processed.

Drawing and punching oils
When forming car body parts, drawing and punching processes are usually combined. We have developed our own product range for drawing and stamping especially for these combined processes: the Multidraw ZS series. The individual series differ in their material compatibility, viscosity and additive level, so that a wide range of requirements can be covered with our products. Multidraw ZS 10 Basic has been specially optimized to enable a stable process with constant coefficients of friction at changing tool temperatures.
