According to current knowledge, there is no risk of nitrosamine formation due to the absence of secondary amines.

In addition, Zubora TKG is inhibited against nitrosamine formation, i.e. no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed in the presence of secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment.
If the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 is exceeded, partial or complete replacement of the working solution is therefore not necessary.

Application

Zubora TKG is used as a coolant solution especially for grinding cast iron, case-hardened and tempered steel, free-cutting steel and non-ferrous metals.

The product has been specially developed for use in rolling mills and can be used to grind the rollers
from both cold forming and hot forming.

In addition, light machining work such as turning, milling and drilling can be carried out without any problems.
