Application
Zubora TKG is used as coolant solution especially for grinding cast iron, hardened- and tempering steel, free cutting steel and non-ferrous heavy metals.
The product was developed especially for use in rolling mills. It is suitable for grinding of the rollers of both – cold forming as well as hot forming.
Additionally, it can also be used for easy cutting operations as e.g. turning, milling and drilling without any problems.
Zubora TKG can also be used when the worked parts are cleaned by solvent cleaners afterwards.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
4 to 20° dH (70 – 360 ppm CaCO3).
