According to current knowledge, the use of primary amines poses no risk
of nitrosamine formation.

In addition, Zubora 77 S Ultra is inhibited against nitrosamine formation, i.e. no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed in the presence of secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment
. If the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 is exceeded, a partial
or complete replacement of the working emulsion is therefore not necessary.

Application

Thanks to the selection of highly effective EP additives, Zubora 77 S Ultra can be used for the most difficult machining processes. The product is suitable for machining high-strength steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum, e.g. also for aluminum alloys AL 2024 and 7075. It is also ideal for heavy-duty machining operations with small diameters (5 mm).
Thanks to a special formulation, Zubora 77 S Ultra is particularly stable over the long term.
The EP additives considerably extend the service life of the tools and enable machining at high cutting speeds. This ensures a high level of process reliability even with very difficult machining operations. Due to the good flushing capacity, a high level of machine cleanliness is achieved. This advantage ensures a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of machining processes, especially on central systems and machining centers.

The required application concentration depends on the severity of the machining and the materials to be machined.

Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:

4 to 8° dH (70 - 140 ppm CaCO3₎.
