Application
Zubora 67 H Plus can be used for cutting operations up to medium difficulty. Furthermore, it is well suited for grinding. The product can be used for machining steel, cast iron and aluminium.
Due to a special formulation Zubora 67 H Plus is particularly long-term stable. The innovative additive package effects a longer tool life and enables the working with high cutting speeds. In addition, Zubora 67 H Plus is ideally suited for cutting operations with small diameter. This advantage guarantees high flexibility for different cutting processes mainly in central systems and working centres.
The necessary working concentration depends on the difficulty of the operation and the material.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
12 to 24° dH (210 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
