According to current knowledge, there is no risk of nitrosamine formation through the use of primary amines.

In addition, Zubora 67 H Extra is inhibited against nitrosamine formation, i.e. no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed in the presence of secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment. If the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 is exceeded, a partial or complete replacement of the working emulsion is therefore not necessary.

Application

Thanks to the selection of highly effective additives, Zubora 67 H Extra can be used for the most difficult machining processes. The product is suitable for machining steel, cast iron and aluminum.

Thanks to a special formulation, Zubora 67 H Extra is particularly stable over the long term. The innovative additive package considerably extends the service life of the tools and enables machining at high cutting speeds. This ensures a high level of process reliability even with very difficult machining operations.
In addition, Zubora 67 H Extra is ideal for heavy-duty cutting operations with small diameters (5 mm). This advantage ensures a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of machining processes, especially on central systems and machining centers.

The required application concentration depends on the severity of the machining and the materials to be machined.
