According to current knowledge, there is no risk of nitrosamine formation through the use of primary amines.

In addition, Zubora 65 M Ultra is inhibited against nitrosamine formation, i.e. no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed in the presence of secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment. If the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 is exceeded, a partial or complete replacement of the working emulsion is therefore not necessary.

Application

Thanks to the selection of highly effective EP additives, Zubora 65 M Ultra can be used for the most difficult machining processes.

The product is suitable for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum, e.g. also for aluminum alloys AL 2024 and 7075. Thanks to a special formulation, Zubora 65 M Ultra is particularly stable over the long term. The EP additives considerably extend the service life of the tools and enable machining at high cutting speeds. Zubora 65 M Ultra has an optimized foaming behaviour, which is specially adapted to high circulation rates. This ensures high process reliability even with very difficult machining operations. This advantage guarantees a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of machining processes, especially on central systems and machining centers.

The required application concentration depends on the severity of the machining and the materials to be machined.
