Application
Thanks to the selection of highly effective EP additives, Zubora 65 H Ultra can be used for the most difficult machining processes. The product is suitable for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum, e.g. also for aluminum alloys AL 2024 and 7075.
Thanks to a special formulation, Zubora 65 H Ultra is particularly stable over the long term. The EP additives considerably extend the service life of the tools and enable machining at high cutting speeds. This ensures a high level of process reliability even for very difficult machining operations. This advantage ensures a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of machining processes, especially on central systems and machining centers.
The necessary application concentration depends on the severity of the machining and the materials to be machined.
Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:
12 to 24° dH (210 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
