Zubora 6000 H EP is inhibited against nitrosamine formation, i.e. no stable N-nitrosamines
can be formed in the presence of
secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment. If the limit values for nitrite according to TRGS 611 are exceeded,
a partial or complete replacement of the working emulsion is therefore not necessary.

Application

Zubora 6000 H EP is suitable for the most difficult machining operations such as deep-hole drilling, reaming, thread forming, grinding, thread cutting, milling / hobbing, drilling (blind hole drilling
with guide pads), turning and sawing. The product is particularly suitable for
machining of high-strength steels and aluminum.

The required application concentration depends on the degree of difficulty of the machining and the
the materials to be machined.

Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:

12 to 24° dH (210 - 430 ppm _CaCO3).
