According to current knowledge, there is no risk of nitrosamine formation due to the absence of secondary amines.

Due to the inhibition against nitrosamine formation, no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed with Zubora 57 H Ultra in the presence of secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment. If the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 is exceeded, a partial or complete replacement of the working emulsion is therefore not necessary.

Application

Due to the high proportion of polar active ingredients and EP additives, Zubora 57 H Ultra can also be used
for heavy-duty machining processes. The innovative formulation ensures a high level of process reliability.

It is suitable for machining many materials from normal to tough steel grades, aluminum or
cast materials.

Zubora 57 H Ultra is designed for use in hard water and exhibits particularly favorable foaming behavior with preparation water qualities
of over 12°dH.

Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:

12 to 24° dH.
