According to current knowledge, there is no risk of nitrosamine formation due to the absence of secondary amines.

Due to the inhibition against nitrosamine formation, no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed with Zubora 57 H Extra in the presence of secondary amines and nitrite, e.g. from external entrainment. If the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 is exceeded, a partial or complete replacement of the working emulsion is therefore not necessary.

Application

Due to the high proportion of polar active ingredients, Zubora 57 H Extra can also be used for heavy-duty processing operations. The innovative formulation ensures a high level of process reliability.

It is suitable for machining many materials from normal to tough steel grades, aluminum or cast materials.

Zubora 57 H Extra is designed for use in hard water and has a particularly favorable foaming behavior with preparation water qualities of
above 12°dH and has a particularly favorable foaming behavior.

Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:

12 to 24° dH (210 - 430 ppm _CaCO3).
