Application
Zubora 5000 H Ultra is suitable for most difficult processes like e. g. deep hole drilling, reaming, thread forming, cold thread forming, thread cutting, milling/hobbing, drilling (pocket hole drilling with guiding beads), turning and sawing of steel and aluminium.
The necessary working concentration depends on the difficulty of the operation and the material.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
12 to 24° dH (210 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
