Application
Zubora 30 Special is suitable for medium to heavy machining operations on cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals
as well as particularly sensitive aluminum alloys (reaming, thread forming).
When machining aluminum alloys, the use of Zubora 30 Special guarantees high cutting performance with low tool wear.
Surface roughness of less than 3 μ can be achieved.
Recommended hardness range of the preparation water:
4 to 24° dH (70 – 430 ppm CaCO3).
