Application

Zubora 30 FD is a finely dispersed, water-miscible cooling lubricant based on mineral oil. The product is particularly suitable for machining sensitive aluminum alloys as well as for general machining of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metals. Very good results are achieved with medium to heavy machining tasks and very good experience has been gained with reaming and thread forming on aluminum materials in particular.

The use of Zubora 30 FD achieves particularly high surface qualities of less than 3 µm.

High metal removal rates with low tool wear are also possible.
The product has even better long-term stability.
