Application
Textol WX ISO 22 is a high-performance lubricant based on selected paraffinic mineral oil fractions for the reliable lubrication of circular knitting machines of various types.
A balanced additivation ensures safe operation both when starting up the cold machine and at operating temperatures up to the highest surface pressures with the lowest wear values.
Special inhibitors ensure excellent oxidation resistance and optimum corrosion protection. Textol WX ISO 22 can be applied using all commercially available oil dosing systems.
When developing this new type of needle and sinker lubricant, special attention was paid to the washability of the needle oil in the downstream equipment in addition to all the necessary minimum requirements for machine operation. This means that excellent washing results can be achieved with Textol WX ISO 22 even with low surfactant concentrations and short treatment times. Disturbances in subsequent dyeing and finishing processes are thus reduced to a minimum.
