Textol TS ISO 32 Meets all requirements of DIN 62 136-1 for mineral oil-based needle and disc lubricants.

Approved additive verified by ECOCERT GREENLIFE, complies with the GOTS Standard 7.0.

Textol TS ISO 32 is a semi-synthetic needle and plate oil for high-speed circular knitting machines subjected to high thermal and mechanical stress, as well as gauges greater than E 40. Specifically designed for use on Jacquard machines.

Due to its high viscosity index, the product is less susceptible to temperature-related viscosity fluctuations. This ensures easy start-up when the machine is cold and reliable lubrication even at higher operating temperatures.

Textol TS ISO 32 It continues to lubricate even at peak temperatures to prevent the occurrence of so-called “seizing.” The synthetic component reduces friction forces within the machine, combined with a decrease in temperature, which contributes to extending the service life of needles and platens.

Textol TS ISO 32 is ideally suited for highly precise dosing with pump and spray lubrication systems.
