Multipress Ultra 70

Multipress Ultra 70 is a high-alloyed extrusion oil for cold massive forming for difficult forming and reduction operations of high-strength steels. The product is especially suitable for manufacturing complicated formed work pieces on single and multistage presses, starting with phosphatized and – depending on the dimension of the work piece – non-phosphatized wire. Due to its high content of fatty components Multipress Ultra 70 is especially suitable for the extrusion of aluminium and its alloys. Not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.

Excellent results in expanding and bending of steel pipes on tube bending machines upto a diameter of 8 cm. Multipress Ultra 70 has proven itself optimally when manufacturing hollow parts with polymer coated wire for the automotive industry.
