Application

Multipress Ultra 70 is a high-alloy extrusion oil for cold forming for heavy forming and reductions on high-strength steels. The product is particularly suitable for the production of complex shaped workpieces on single and multi-stage presses, starting from phosphated and, depending on the dimensions of the workpiece, non-phosphated wire. Multipress Ultra 70 can also be used very well for impact extrusion of aluminum and its alloys due to its high grease content. Not suitable for non-ferrous metals.

Excellent results were also achieved when expanding and bending steel pipes on pipe bending machines up to a pipe diameter of 8 cm.

Multipress Ultra 70 has proven itself in the production of hollow and cup parts with polymer-coated wire
for the automotive industry.
