Multidraw PL 61

Multidraw PL 61 is mainly applied in the rolling mill. The product has excellent compatibility with all uncoated and coated sheet metal surfaces. The outstanding corrosion protection ensures optimum preservation of the semi-finished products during storage and transportation, even under extreme climatic conditions.
Due to its composition, Multidraw PL 61 is ideal for non-cutting forming, e.g. stretch forming.
The good pressure absorption capacity ensures the greatest possible protection of sheet metal and tools.
Thanks to its high adhesion, the product does not drip, even after long storage periods.
In addition to basic lubrication in the rolling mill, Multidraw PL 61 has proven its worth in the press shop for extensive subsequent lubrication and for partial additional lubrication at critical drawing points.
Multidraw PL 61 is applied electrostatically as standard, e.g. using systems from Duma, Ravarini, Peabody or Fara Technology. However, it can also be applied by dipping, spraying or rolling.
For electrostatic application, we recommend heating the working tank to 50 °C to 60 °C.
For heated tanks Multidraw PL 61 must be continuously circulated to ensure an even temperature distribution.

Multidraw PL 61 meets the requirements of the VDA specifications of all German car manufacturers.
