Application

Multidraw PL 61 SE is mainly applied in the rolling mill. The product has excellent compatibility with all uncoated and coated sheet metal surfaces.

The excellent corrosion protection ensures optimum preservation of the semi-finished products during
storage and transportation, even under extreme climatic conditions.

Multidraw PL 61 SE is characterized by low coefficients of friction, easy removability and
optimum flow inhibition.

Due to its composition, Multidraw PL 61 SE is ideal for non-cutting forming, such as stretch forming.

The good pressure absorption capacity ensures the greatest possible protection of sheet metal and tools.
Thanks to its high adhesion, the product does not drip, even during long storage periods.

Multidraw PL 61 SE is applied electrostatically as standard. However, it can also be applied by dipping, spraying or rolling.

For electrostatic application, we recommend heating the working tank to 50 °C to 60 °C.
For heated tanks, Multidraw PL 61 SE should be circulated continuously to ensure even temperature distribution.
