Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray

Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray is very well suited for the chipless forming of all types of aluminum
the chipless forming of aluminium, steel and galvanized sheet metal of all types with medium to heavy forming degrees, primarily in the automotive industry. Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray can be used as a general lubricant in KTL-sensitive areas of maintenance, e.g. for chain conveyors and presses.

With hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc abrasion can occur in the tool on particularly critical parts,
which makes regular cleaning of the tool necessary.

After cleaning, there is therefore less lubricant available for the first parts in the die when the press is restarted. As a result, new zinc abrasion forms quickly. With Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray, the rapid formation of new zinc abrasion can be delayed by targeted localized re-oiling, thus extending the cleaning intervals. Well-known customers have already had positive experience with this.

In spray form, Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray can be applied evenly and thinly. Partial but
but also full-surface oiling is equally possible. The product has proved particularly effective for small series in prototype construction and for the incorporation of tools.

The product is conditionally suitable for non-ferrous metals.

Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray is recommended for additional greasing of parts treated with our Prelube "Multidraw PL 61".
