Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray

Due to its high quality components Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray is especially suitable for the chipless sheet metal forming of aluminium, steel and zinc coated steel of all kinds, from medium to difficult forming, especially in the automotive industry. Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray can be used as a general lubricant for KTL sensible parts of the maintenance, e.g. for chain belt conveyors and moulding presses.
When working critical parts of hot-dip galvanized steel, zinc abrasion in the tools may occur which then requires a regular cleaning of the tools. After cleaning and when restarting the press, the first parts in the tool have got less lubricant available. This quickly results in the formation of new zinc abrasion.
By means of Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray a systematic and local re-lubrication can delay the fast development of zinc abrasion and thus the cleaning intervals can be prolonged. We have already made positive experiences with well-known customers.
In spray form it is possible to apply Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray steady going and thin. It is possible to apply the oil on special parts as well as on a bigger surface. The product proved its value especially for small scale productions, for prototypes as well as for adjustments of tools.
The product is only suitable to a limited extent for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Multidraw KTL N 16 Spray is recommended for additional lubrication of pieces treated with our prelube “Multidraw PL 61”.
