Application
Multidraw KTL N 1 is used for cleaning in coil and blank washing systems before the forming operation.
The product is characterized by its good forming properties of easy to medium difficult forming operations. Multidraw KTL N 1 shows high ageing stability as well as excellent corrosion protection for aluminium, steel and zinc coated steel qualities. It is also suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Multidraw KTL N 1 can be applied manually as well as by automatic rolling or spraying systems without any problems.
The compatibility with Prelube oils, dry lubricants as well as water-miscible and non water-miscible drawing agents during subsequent processing is guaranteed.
Due to its components Multidraw KTL N 1 matches especially with our prelube Multidraw PL 61.
