Pressure medium for hydroforming

Application
After being mixed with water, Multidraw Hydrofluid THS is usually applied as pressure medium for hydroforming processes. The product is suitable for all kinds of steel and stainless steel.
For non ferrous metals and aluminium it is suitable only to a certain extent.
The product possess excellent demulsifying properties which enables separators, skimmers etc. to easily separate imported hydraulic and machine oils as well as non water-miscible forming lubricants. Multidraw Hydrofluid THS can be filtered very fine and guarantees a long life time.
For the external lubrication we recommend products aligned with Multidraw Hydrofluid THS such as our Multidraw ELD 320 in order to receive optimal process safety.

of Schuler hydroforming sealing devices.
