Product details
Application
Multidraw Drylube E 1 is a coil coating agent for all metals (steel, galvanized steel, pre-
phosphated steel, aluminium and stainless steel). It is usually applied using an electrostatic oiler. After application, the product leaves a non-slip layer on the metal surface. The "semi-dry" film enables high degrees of forming thanks to its good flexibility and sliding properties.
Multidraw Drylube E 1 is preferably applied in the rolling mill by means of electrostatic application in a liquid state. During application, Multidraw Drylube E 1 must be heated to 70 °C.
In filter systems, the temperature should not fall below 60 °C. The solidification point is approx. 40 °C.
We recommend a temperature of 50 - 60 °C if the lubricant is to remain in the storage tank in stand-by mode for a longer period of time.
In heated tanks, Multidraw Drylube E 1 should be circulated continuously to ensure even temperature distribution.
Approvals
Multidraw Drylube E 1 meets the requirements of the VDA specifications of all German car manufacturers.
