Application
Multidraw CU MFE is a specially developed copper wire drawing lubricant designed for use in the drawing
of magnet wires on inline enamelled wire machines. It ensures a highly clean wire surface, even for wire diameters down to 0.07 mm, preventing any interference with the subsequent enamelling process.
Like the related product Multidraw CU MF, Multidraw CU MFE enables a long emulsion life, reducing
the need for frequent emulsion changes. This results in lower maintenance costs and greater process stability.
Multidraw CU MFE provides excellent lubrication performance, minimizing friction in the wire drawing process. This leads to a smoother wire surface and improved tool life, reducing production costs.
Filtration: Practicable with all current paper belt filters.
