Application

Multidraw AL S 80 is ideal for chipless forming of aluminium as well as steel and galvanized steel grades with the highest demands on drawing performance. In many cases, products containing solids can be replaced by Multidraw ALS 80 . In addition to excellent drawing properties, the product is characterized in particular by its strong adhesion and compressive strength. Not suitable for non-ferrous metals.

Due to its high ageing stability, Multidraw ALS 80 does not resinify and offers a high level of corrosion protection for both steel and galvanized steel grades, even with long intermediate storage times.

Multidraw ALS 80 can be applied manually as well as with automatic rolling or spraying equipment.

Due to its synthetic base, Multidraw ALS 80 shows good compatibility during welding,
so that separate degreasing before welding is often not necessary.
