Application
Multidraw ALS 80 can be used for chipless forming of aluminium, steel and zinc-coated steel grades, particularly for parts with highest demands on the drawing performance. Solids containing products can often be substituted by Multidraw ALS 80. Besides its excellent drawing properties the product is characterized by its strong adherence and resistance to pressure. The product ist not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Due to its high ageing stability Multidraw ALS 80 does not become gummy and it shows a very good protection against corrosion on steel and zinc-coated steel also when being stored for longer intermediate periods.
Multidraw ALS 80 can be applied manually as well as by automatic spraying or rolling systems.
Due to its synthetic base Multidraw ALS 80 shows good compatibility during welding. Therefore, separate degreasing before welding can often be avoided.
