Application
Multidraw ALG 8 is ideal for chipless forming of aluminium, non-ferrous metals, nickel silver and galvanized steel grades, especially for car body parts with the highest demands
on drawing performance.
The specially selected ingredients depolymerize during thermal treatment, e.g.
during tempering. Multidraw ALG 8 leaves no cracking residue on the metal surface.
This means that it is not necessary to degrease steel before welding and soldering.
Multidraw ALG 8 is also used for drawing wires made of aluminum and its alloys in
medium and fine draw.
Multidraw ALG 8 vaporizes residue-free at temperatures > 450 °C.
Multidraw ALG 8 can be applied manually as well as with automatic rolling or spraying equipment.
