Application
Multidraw ALG 17 is especially suitable for the chipless forming of aluminium, non-ferrous heavy metals, nickel silver and galvanised steel qualities, particularly for car body parts with highest demands to the drawing performance.
The selected components de-polymerise under thermal treatment, e. g. tempering. In this process Multidraw ALG 17 does not leave any cracking residues on the metal surface. Therefore, the degreasing of steel is not necessary before welding and soldering.
Multidraw ALG 17 evaporates without any residues at temperatures > 450 °C.
Multidraw ALG 17 can be applied manually as well as by automatic rolling or spraying systems.
