Application

Thanks to the use of special high-performance additives, Multicut Ultra 7 is particularly suitable for deep-hole drilling operations with a diameter of less than 1 mm and greater than 150 D. It can be used for many machining operations on free-cutting soft steels, case-hardening and heat-treatable steels, high-alloy stainless and acid-resistant steels as well as non-ferrous and light metals. Machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, broaching and also thread cutting are easily mastered. Very good results are achieved especially in the machining of titanium alloys. In many cases, grades containing chlorine can be replaced by Multicut Ultra 7.

The low viscosity guarantees a high rinsing and cooling effect.
