Application

Multicut Ultra 10 can be used for many machining operations that require a highly additive cutting oil for demanding tasks with simultaneous non-ferrous metal compatibility. It is used for machining free-cutting mild steels, case-hardening and heat-treatable steels, high-alloy stainless and acid-resistant steels as well as non-ferrous and light metals. Machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, broaching as well as thread cutting and deep-hole drilling are easily mastered.
Very good results are achieved, especially when machining titanium alloys of all kinds. In many cases, chlorine-containing grades can be replaced by Multicut Ultra 10.

The low viscosity guarantees a high rinsing and cooling effect.
