Application
Multicut Tibo 20 is especially suitable for all kinds of deep-hole drilling procedures from medium to high requirements. The product can be used whenever a highly alloyed and low viscous oil for processing hard materials is required. Furthermore it is suitable for the processing of aluminium.
Multicut Tibo 20 offers excellent lubricating- and cutting performance and guarantees long tool life and excellent surface finish.
Multicut Tibo 20 is used e. g. in the tooth flank processing for teeth profile-scraping. We have also made good experiences with tapping and thread forming. Another range of application is high speed cutting of highly alloyed steels. Moreover, It is suitable to only a limited extent for free cutting steel. Chlorine containing products can often be substituted by Multicut Tibo 20.
Multicut Tibo 20 is not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
