Application
Multicut Tibo 20 is especially suitable for deep-hole drilling using all deep-hole drilling methods for medium to high requirements. The product can be used wherever a highly
alloyed low-viscosity oil is required for machining hard materials. It is also suitable for machining aluminum.
Multicut Tibo 20 has excellent lubrication and cutting performance and ensures long tool life and high surface quality.
Multicut Tibo 20 is used, for example, in tooth flank machining for tooth flank scraping. The product has also proven itself in tapping and thread forming. Another area of application is HSC machining (high-speed cutting) of high-alloy steels. It is also conditionally suitable for free-cutting steel. In many cases, products containing chlorine can be replaced by Multicut Tibo 20.
Multicut Tibo 20 is not suitable for non-ferrous metals.
