Application
Multicut HSC 15 is well-suitable for high speed cutting operations (HSC). It contains a new combination of EP-additives and can be used for many cutting operations of free cutting mild steels, case-hardened and heat-treated steels, high-alloyed rust and acid resistant steels, light alloys as well as for non-ferrous heavy metals to a limited extent.
Working processes as turning, milling, drilling but also thread cutting and deep-hole drilling can be handled without any difficulty. Very good results are achieved especially in chip removing operations of titanium alloys of any kind.
In many cases chlorine containing products can be substituted by Multicut HSC 15.
The low viscosity guarantees a high rinsing and cooling effect.
