Application
Multicut Extra 20 is a high-alloyed cutting oil and is suitable for cutting operations like turning, milling and thread cutting. The product can be used for all kinds of steel, also for steels which are difficult to machine.
It is used for machining case-hardened and heat-treated steels as well as rust and acid resistant steels. Moreover, it is suitable to only a limited extent for machining aluminium.
The low viscosity guarantees a good rinsing effect. In many cases, chlorine containing products can be substituted by Multicut Extra 20. Not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
