Multicut Basic 32

Item no:
22110

The products in our multifunctional basic system are available in the viscosity groups ISO VG 32 / 46
and 68. They are suitable for both machining and machine lubrication.
These products are based on the same base oil with the same additives and are optimally matched to each other. Mixing, which is unavoidable when used in machine tools due to leakages, does not have a negative effect on the production process.

However, if different viscosities are used for design reasons, we recommend monitoring the viscosity of the machining oil.

  • Water-immiscible multifunctional oil based on high-quality base oils
  • Can be used as cutting, hydraulic and circulating oil for machine lubrication as well as for spindle lubrication
  • Contains active ingredients to improve ageing and corrosion protection
  • contains sulphur and phosphorus-containing EP active ingredients to increase the mechanical load-bearing capacity
and to improve the pressure absorption capacity
  • This reduces friction between tool and workpiece pairings
  • Chlorine and zinc-free
  • Low in aromatics, oil mist and evaporation
  • This reduces environmental pollution in the workplace
  • fulfills the requirements for HLP hydraulic oils according to DIN 51 524 T 2
  • comply with the requirements of DIN 51 517 T 3
for circulating lubrication in viscosity groups (VG) 32, 46 and 68 - with the exception of the FE8 test

Product details

Application

The products in our Multicut Basic range can be used for light to medium-duty machining tasks
on steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. As they also meet the requirements for HLP hydraulic oils in accordance with DIN 51 524 T 2, the products from our Multicut Basic range can also be used as hydraulic oils. They are also suitable for use as gear oils due to their alloy in viscosity groups (VG) 32, 46 and 68. Multicut Basic 68 also meets the requirements
DIN 51 502 CGLP for guideway and slideway oils.

The universal usability of our Multicut Basic series avoids machining problems,
which can arise when leakage oil enters the cutting or grinding oil.

In addition, the use of products from our Multicut Basic range leads to a reduction in grades.
