Multical WP 50

Multical W P 50 is a water-immiscible calibration oil containing solvents and wax, which is characterized by its high calibration performance. The solid lubricants contained in Multical WP 50 give the product its excellent lubricating properties. Parts calibrated with Multical WP 50 significantly increase tool life during machining operations.

If parts are steam treated, no coking residues or other negative changes occur on the surface
of the sintered part if the steam treatment furnace is set correctly.

We recommend applying Multical WP 50 by immersion. Spraying is also possible, but must be coordinated with the process.

Note: The product must be stirred or homogenized before removal from the delivery container.

Corrosion protection:

Multical WP 50 leaves a greasy film on the surface after calibration. This gives
the sintered part excellent corrosion protection.
Special post-treatment with anti-corrosion oils is therefore generally not required.

The highest performance is achieved after the solvent has evaporated. The additives remaining on the workpiece ensure excellent calibration performance.
