Application
Multical WP 50 is a non water-miscible solvent and wax containing calibration oil which convinces due to its high calibration performance.
The contained solid lubricants give Multical WP 50 its excellent lubricating properties. Parts calibrated with Multical WP 50 increase the tool life of tools used during subsequent metal cutting processes considerably.
Bei einer eventuellen Dampfbehandlung von Teilen entstehen bei richtiger Einstellung des Dampfbehandlungsofens keine Verkokungsrückstände oder andere negative Veränderungen an der Oberfläche des Sinterteils.
We recommend applying Multical WP 50 by dipping. Spraying is also possible, however, only after making respective technical adaptions.
Remark: Before taking out the product from its packaging please stir well. In addition,
Multical WP 50 must be constantly kept moving by stirring or pumping during use as otherwise it will separate.
Corrosion protection: After the calibration process Multical WP 50 leaves a grease-like film on the surface which provides extraordinary corrosion protection to the sintered parts. Therefore, usually no special finishing treatment with corrosion protection oils is needed.
The highest performance level is achieved after the solvent evaporates. The remaining additives on the work piece guarantee an excellent calibration performance.
