Application
Multical IP 80 is a water-immiscible, solvent-based, wax-free calibration oil for light to medium-duty calibration procedures.
If parts are steam treated, no coking residues or other negative changes occur on the surface
of the sintered part if the steam treatment furnace is set correctly.
The molded parts to be calibrated are immersed in Multical IP 80 in an immersion tank and receive a non-slip coating after the carrier liquid has dripped off and evaporated. The highest performance is achieved after the solvent has evaporated. The additives remaining on the workpiece ensure excellent calibration performance. The product is also suitable for spraying.
