Application
Multiboard Universal is a water-soluble concentrate for the production of a release agent for the wood-based materials industry. Typical areas of application are the production of fiberboard and chipboard with urea-formaldehyde (UF) gluing. The product shows excellent release properties on the press belts/sheets and the forming belt. Multiboard Universal is applied using spray or rotary systems. Due to its low foaming tendency, it is ideal for application using rotary systems.
Multiboard Universal can also be used as an internal release agent. A dosage of 0.5 - 5 % in relation to the amount of glue is recommended.
Approvals
There is an approval from Spraying Systems, which confirms that Multiboard Universal can be sprayed very well with PulsaJet nozzles.
