Application
Multiboard Universal is a water-soluble concentrate to prepare a release agent for the wood panel industry. Typical application areas are the production of fibreboards resp. particleboards with urea-formaldehyde (UF) resins. The product shows outstanding release characteristics on the press belts /plates and the forming belt. Multiboard Universal can be applied by spraying resp. rotor devices. Due to the low foaming tendency it suits superb for the application via the rotor system.
Multiboard Universal can also be used as inner release agent. For this we recommend a dosage of 0.5 – 5 % based on the quantity of glue.
Approvals
An approval from Spraying Systems is available confirming that Multiboard Universal can be sprayed very well with PulsaJet Nozzles.
