Application
Multiboard Spezial LF is a water-soluble concentrate to prepare a release agent for the wood panel industry.
Typical application areas are the production of fibreboards resp. particleboards. The product shows outstanding release characteristics during the gluing process with urea-formaldehyde (UF) resins. The special wetting properties of Multiboard Spezial LF enable the reduction of the needed primer amount in the downstream lacquering process.
Multiboard Spezial LF can be applied by spraying resp. rotor devices. Due to the low foaming tendency it suits superb for the application via the rotor system.
Multiboard Spezial LF can also be used as inner release agent. For this we recommend a dosage of 0.5 – 5 % based on the quantity of glue.
Approvals
An approval from Spraying Systems is available confirming that Multiboard Spezial LF can be sprayed very well with PulsaJet Nozzles. Furthermore, we received an approval from the application equipment manufacturer WEKO that confirms Multiboard Spezial LF the suitability for spraying.
