Application
Multiboard FP 1300 is a highly efficient, water-miscible concentrate for the production of a release agent for the wood-based materials industry.
Typical areas of application are the production of fiberboard and chipboard. The product shows excellent release properties when glued with urea-formaldehyde (UF) or isocyanate (PMDI) on the press belts/sheets and the forming belt. The efficient combination of active ingredients enables low application concentrations.
Multiboard FP 1300 is applied using spray or rotary systems. Due to its low foaming tendency, it is ideal for application using rotary systems.
