Application
Multiboard FP 1300 is a highly efficient water-miscable concentrate to prepare a release agent for the wood panel industry.
Typical application areas are the production of fibreboards resp. particleboards. At the gluing with urea-formaldehyde (UF) or isocyanate (PDMI) the product shows on the press belts/plates and the forming tape excellent release characteristics. The highly-efficient active substance combination enables very low working concentrations. Besides the product suits perfectly for the application to the forming belt at the fabrication of isocyanate bonded fibreboards.
Multiboard FP 1300 can be applied by spraying resp. rotor devices. Due to the low foaming tendency it suits superb for the application via the rotor system.
