Divinol Spray Cleaner 1362 KC is a liquid, alkaline and phosphorus-free degreasing and cleaning concentrate for cleaning plastics in single or multi-chamber systems.

Divinol Spray Cleaner 1362 KC reliably removes release agents and particle contamination from plastic surfaces.

Divinol Spray Cleaner 1362 KC is free of phosphates and silicates and is virtually foam-free at the application temperature.

The surfactants contained in Divinol Spray Cleaner 1362 KC are readily biodegradable (OECD test) and meet the requirements of the European Detergents Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004.

Application

Divinol Spray Cleaner 1362 KC is diluted with demineralized water or water of comparable quality to the application concentration. Due to its composition, the product can also be used with city water up to 10°dH.

To ensure a consistent cleaning effect, the cleaning solution should be checked.

The post-dosing can be time-controlled or conductance-dependent.

To obtain stain-free parts, rinse with a sufficient amount of deionized water.
