Synthetic, biodegradable ester product based on a high-performance, environmentally friendly additive combination. The product has excellent viscosity-temperature behavior and can therefore be used all year round. Intended applications are e.g. hydraulic systems that are mainly operated outdoors, are exposed to large temperature fluctuations and environmental pollution due to oil leaks must be avoided, e.g. in mobile cranes and excavators, in agriculture and forestry, dredgers, lock hydraulics, ski slope equipment, etc. Divinol HE 32 has excellent properties with regard to oxidation stability, corrosion, low temperature and EP behavior.
The oil change intervals should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, depending on the thermal load. Mixing with mineral oil reduces the biodegradability. Therefore, when changing from mineral oil to Divinol HE 32, the unit to be filled should first be completely drained and, if possible, flushed. Too high a residual content of mineral oil can lead to a deterioration in foaming behavior.
We therefore recommend observing the requirements of VDMA 24569 and the conversion guidelines of the machine manufacturers when converting to rapidly biodegradable hydraulic fluids.
Compared to products based on vegetable triglycerides, Divinol HE 32 has a significantly better high temperature oxidation stability.
