Your tasks
- Receive customer inquiries independently and answer them competently
- Independent processing of export orders from order entry to invoicing
- Processing of letters of credit and documentary collections as well as customs clearance and documentation
- Preparation of export documents for export orders (sea freight and truck transports)
- Independently identify customer problems and offer suitable solutions as well as carefully document customer data and communication
- Ensuring a smooth ordering process by supporting the processing of orders and returns
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in customer service
- Strong communication skills as well as a confident manner, negotiating skills, assertiveness and cross-divisional thinking & acting
- Very good written and spoken German, business fluent English (CEFR level min. B2), further foreign language skills in French or Spanish are an advantage
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
