Preparation of the consolidated financial statements, organization and monitoring of the budget process, support for foreign subsidiaries
Your tasks
- Preparation of the consolidated financial statements including consolidation and notes as well as support with the management report
- Creation of the intercompany price documentation (global and local file)
- Organization and monitoring of the budget process at the subsidiaries and preparation of planning assumptions for senior management
- Monitoring the subsidiaries' monthly reporting and preparing the monthly results (qualitative deviation analysis)
- Support for special projects in the area of M&A and the establishment of new companies
- Contact for auditors and tax consultants in Germany and abroad
- Supporting foreign subsidiaries with organizational and legal issues
Your profile
- Completed business studies with a focus on accounting, corporate accounting, controlling or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in group accounting, investment controlling or at a
auditing firm - Practice-proven consolidation skills and experienced interaction with foreign colleagues
- Very good written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
